Sassy Carbonara🤌🏽🧄🥚🌶️ 🧀 ***Pork and extra Calabrian Chili on the side***

Think richness of carbonara and the flavor bomb of amatriciana. A kiss of tomato, poached garlic, Calabrian chili (very little in the sauce) extra in the side. Finished with a savory zabaglione (egg base) and a dusting of pecorino. A match made in heaven!
